The refund policy for software purchased from Sonnox is as follows:

1: For software distributed on CDROM/DVD we offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your CD purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date of purchase (unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact), then we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

2: For software distributed as a download  the 'shrink wrap' is deemed to be broken after download.  We are therefore unable to offer any refunds after the software has been downloaded. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and you have not downloaded the software, we will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

3: For licences distributed through www.ilok.com the 'shrink wrap' is deemed to be broken when the licence is downloaded from an ilok.com account into an iLok key. We are therefore unable to offer any refunds after the licence has been downloaded into an iLok key.
